I love family sessions! They are so fun and full of laughter, and often a bit crazy or chaotic. They often involve running and silly faces and snack breaks and I love it.

I have two young kids of my own (now 5 and 7 years old, pictured above), so I know the challenges of photographing young kids and I know some tricks of how to make it a fun, enjoyable process for the entire family.

I want your session to be fun and full of sweet memories alongside the beautiful photos.   

Playful Posing

I use “playful posing” with families. Yes, we want a few photos where everyone is looking at the camera and smiling, but we also want photos of laughter and playing, and that little sly grin.

I love photographing outdoors in nature. I believe genuine smiles happen much easier when you are outdoors playing.

Details

The session is about an hour long, depending on what your family needs. You will receive 50+ photos in a digital gallery for you to download, share and print to your hearts content! I want you to have all of the photos from the session: the silly ones, the sweet ones, the ones you want to print and frame and the ones that make you chuckle.
